The most relevant problems of the Euroregion “Lower Danube” development became the main item of the business and structural dialog of members of the seminar, which was carried out from the 28th of November till the 1st of December. This seminar became the 2nd stage of realization of the project “Strengthening of the Interboundary Cooperation in Lower Danube Euroregion”. Participants of the seminar reviewed prospects of development of friendly relations between Ukraine, Moldova and Rumania, and noted presence of presuppositions for business cooperation in spheres of ecology, environmental protection and extraordinary situations, development of transport and communications, demography, international relations, criminality control.Because of all the abovementioned it should be given constant consideration to many-sided and two-sided cooperation in the context of the Euroregion “Lower Danube”. Existing socio-cultural, political and cultural-ethnic peculiarities of Euroregion “Lower Danube” countries determine commonness and necessity of joint development and realization of concrete projects in such directions as working - out strategies, development of transport and communications, development of infrastructure, and also economy, ecology, culture and sport. Working - out strategies of the town if Izmail and regions of Reni and Bolgrad (Ukraine), regions of Kagul and Kantemir (Moldova) will give the possibility to work - out later on strategy of Euroregion. Item “transport and communications” includes construction of ferry complexes Izmail-Tulca and Isakcha-Orlovka, organisation of a bus service Reni (Ukraine) – Galatz (Rumania) with following extension of route Odessa – Izmail – Reni (Ukraine) – Galatz – Konstanza (Rumania), organisation of river transport service of route Reni – Galatz, use of airports of towns Izmail, Kagul, Galatz for planting of airplanes of sanitary aviation. Development of infrastructure means c reation on the basis of existing infrastructure in “Lower Danube” Euroregion, namely: Agency of trance-boundary cooperation (Reni), Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (Izmail), Fund for Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development Support (Galatz), Agency of interboundary Cooperation and European Integration (Kagul). Informational centers of interboundary cooperation will look-out for business-partners, carry out marketing investigations, compose data bank of enterprises-participants of VED, goods and services, government regulations of VED in all the Euroregion countries, customs-tariffs and so on. This item includes also working-out and application of clusters (net industrial groups) in the framework of informational-analytical, educational services. Participants of the seminar named also possible joint projects for the development of economy (organization of economic missions, fair exhibitions, exchanges, construction in Galatz wholesale market “Bessarabia”, c reation of goods-exchange union “Bessarabia”, development of tourism with creation of “ through routes ”, organization of exchanges in the sphere of tourism). In sphere of ecology the most attractive projects are: monitoring of sources of man-caused emissions, prevention of extraordinary situations on “Lower Danube” Euroregion, creation of projects for collection and utilization of solid domestic waste, its sorting and utilization, application of power efficient technologies on the basis of energy sources of the sun and bio-gas plants, preserving of biological variety in existing reserves. As for culture and sport, here we should mention organization of ethnic forums, exchanges in sphere of culture, development of exchanges in sphere of sport and youth programs. Interboundary cooperation gives amazing opportunities for consolidation and attraction of financial sources to the Euroregion “Lower Danube”. The project “Strengthening of the Interboundary Cooperation in Lower Danube Euroregion” works also for this aim.
